We have Used All Power twice and both were great experiences. I called them at 6:30pm and the owner answered the phone. (Not an answering service!!) Explained my situation and he had a tech at my home by 8:30 the next morning. Not only are they prompt but very reasonable on their price. If you want a LOCAL company that does what they say and when at a reasonable price I highly recommend.
Absolutely amazing customer service very, very prompt in quick service. Very accurate, clean and detailed. The phone was answered directly by Ed. I immediately got an estimate worked with my schedule. This service staff came out to the house and installed my EV charger exactly how I needed it.
Ed (the owner) provided exceptionally good service. He was very responsive to my emails and questions. I had them install my Tesla charger at my home. They were on-time and did a superb job. They were so good that I called them when I wanted another charger installed. I found their rates to be very reasonable, and they did an excellent job with the installation. I could not be happier (and I am super picky).
Fantastic service. The only company we could get a hold of on a saturday morning and he was the nicest guy. Luckily our issue wasnt serious (slug in the breaker box!) and we had a good laugh over it. 10/10 would recommend to anyone for their services.
I was referred to All Power by the builder of our home for a small repair job and estimate on security lights. I went to their website and requested a call and never heard back. My wife called a week later and spoke to Ed who told her he'd come by on Friday the 30th. No call, no show. I was told by his wife we 'misunderstood' and that he didn't have our number to call? Really? If you didn't want the job why not just say so and move on? Then try and make it look like we screwed up? We gave him our number. He said he'd come by and didn't. Give me a break. Very unprofessional, poor customer service. Yes Tammy I will find someone else, and I'd think twice before using this contractor.
