Communication is not there at all! I have been trying to get my thermostat fixed for months. They replaced it once before, however, it was the wrong model number. I've been calling. Set up appointments for them to come out for them to not show. Been told my part was ordered. Waited for it to arrive. They told me it was there and now needed to schedule again. Yet to find out, it was never verified and isn't the right part. And to top it off, no one called me again to tell me they weren't going to come to the appointment. I am amazed with how my multiple encounters have been with Strada!
I have been trying to get my maintenance on my AC done for over a month now. First appointment was apparently cancelled. No call from them. Rescheduled for morning appointment. Waited and waited. Cancelled appointment because after 1:00 I have other commitments. Roxanna who’s supposed to be customer relations is useless!! Promised early morning appointment for today June 12th. NO ONE AND ITS NOW 10:30!!! Left a message with ROXANNA that l am done!!! Will go somewhere else!! Don’t like being lied to at every turn!! I wish I didn’t have my warranty with them!!! How long would it take if I had a problem??????? Communication is none existent!! Terrible company to deal with!! All double talk and no satisfaction. Roxanna said she would take $10 off price. That’s nice but they don’t even show up!!!
Highly recommend this company.. Strada service was able to get us a same day appointment and we had a great experience... Raul Escobar extremely diligent about finding the AC problem... very professional and good knowledge... Thanks..
Had my Kitchen lights placement corrected to be able to put pendants over my island counter by Cody Thompson & Abdon Gavilanes and they did a perfect job, very professional & informative regarding the spacing that should be between lights, etc. I'm VERY happy with their service & recommend Strada Services 100%
Julio Gonzalez provided great and informative service while maintaining AC equipment. Took time to thoroughly explain all aspects of equipment performance and operation in friendly, professional manner.
