I won an air purification system while attending the outdoor expo at the world equestrian center. The company called and congratulated me for winning the raffle and asked when would be the best time to come install my prize. After agreeing on a time they sent their technician Dan out and he was very knowledgeable and professional, after answering all my questions and quickly installing the unit he verified everything was working correctly and my systems were good. All and all I had a great experience with them.
We needed to replace our A/C unit after fifteen years of faithful service. Daniel was our salesman and initial contact, and he was great to work with. Our install day was unfortunately a little rough as I discovered a few faults that would not pass inspection. I called All American back out, and Robert came over and inspected the install. Robert was very respectful, and knowledgeful. He apologized for the issues we were having, and documented every last correction needed. Carlos stopped by to complete the repairs from Robert's list, and he was very courteous and just as knowledgeable. He fixed all of my concerns and others I hadn't even noticed/thought of. Overall, I am very satisfied with All American Air and will not hesitate to use them in the future.
We set up to have insulation installed and These guys are amazing, they came in and set up and got right to work. Very professional and quickly got the job done. I already noticed a difference in the house temp almost immediately after they began working. I Would definitely recommend their services to anyone. We will definitely be utilizing this company for any future services we need that they provide.
I had a storm take out my service drop, riser and meter box. I called and left a message with a receptionist, and even though it was the weekend I received a call back from Jordan to discuss my issue within 15 mins. Jordan was extremely professional and accommodating, and provided me a a fair quote within a couple hours. He then promptly scheduled an electrician to the job. The electrician, Orette, arrived promptly and performed the work quickly and professionally. He even called the power company and requested the reconnect, then waited until they showed and completed the reconnect to make sure everything went ok.All American Electric and Air were very helpful in assisting me through navigating this uncertain situation. Overall I had an amazing experience, and would absolutely seek out their service again.
Appointment line lead me on to think I was getting a tune up for a special. Did not clean the lines do any oil like said. They called me I didn't call them. The tech came out just looked and didn't do any cleaning or do anything but look. That is not what I was expecting nor wanting i would not of paid for it at all. I could of paid someone else to come out to do what I needed. I didn't sign up for someone just to look that's it. That is outrageous. Customer service isn't important to them if they cant even call me back when I complained and watched the guy not do what they said they would do as well. Until this is fixed my review will stay do to what they made me believe and not doing anything they said they would.
