Giving them two stars instead of one ONLY because they came out to check out my electrical issue in just a couple hours of being called and we're relatively friendly. However just to replace just one circuit breaker, I was charged over 350 dollars! The man who came out didn't have the breaker he needed (came unprepared despite me telling them the issue) so I had to pay 200 dollars for him to drive around for another 2 hours to get it! He only put in the new breaker and left my fire damaged box for my to call another electrical company to fix. I told them the issue (AC was going out, blowing the breakers) but he insisted I was wrong and it was just the breaker, which it wasn't. He was leaving as it blew again despite us both hearing it arc, to which he called his boss and said "guess you were right" and left. Be careful, please look around before calling these guys.

On June 14, 2024. Truck # 37 drove north on 301 at a high rate of speed. Once reaching Belleview he weaved in and out of traffic almost side swiping multiple vehicles. As he approached Ocala I could see him at least 30 cars up and driving very un safe with dozens of metal pipes and ladder in the back of the truck. Nothing is more important than the many lives he put at risk today.

Better company about having at least 70% of the equipment to do a professional job but one of the worst for pay raises I was with these tight wads for 4 years and only got a dollar what a joke

Misdiagnosed source of lack of power. Dug trench in yard then checked in building again and fixed short in panel in a few minutes. Gave me a bill for $472 in effect punishing me financially for their inability to go through proper diagnostics. Office refused any refund as I paid it and they dont do refunds. Unethical. Be warned.
