Unique and affordable, super friendly & efficient staff. Nice selection of menu choices. Variety of seating options. I had the wedge salad, which was made in a traditional style but that is a good thing. Too many places try to get too creative with the wedge salad. Which I dislike. Their ramen option without the broth was excellent, including the jammy soy egg. Quick with water and iced tea refills, much needed after a boat tour and a bit of walking on a hot day. They have Sweet & Low and not just Splenda :-) So many places only provide Splenda as a low/no calorie sweetener, which is another peeve of mine. We would go here more if we lived closer, but are likely to visit when we are in Ocala.

No complaints, food always taste delicious! I always get half spicy and half regular shoyu broth and it's perfect kick for me. Try it!! Soo much better.

I don't get the hype that all the reviews give it. Maybe they want to support their local brewery, which is fine, but I felt misled.
I ordered the pork belly baos. The bun itself had an odd plastic smell/taste, along with a flavorless inside. If not for the slaw and sauce, it wouldn't have had any taste.
The Weenie Wednesday was a sort of pizza dog with broccoli cheese soup. The pizza dog was ok, cheese wasn't melted. And the soup was room temp.
Maybe I should have got the ramen like everyone else at the place.

We ordered the steam Bao buns with chicken, the rice bowl, the ramen w/pork belly, the nightly special and several different beers and all of it tasted amazingly good! The chicken was juicy and tender and everything was hot. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was relaxing! 10/10 would definitely recommend to friends and family. Well done.

Interesting combo of a brewery and ramen but hey, it works. I was initially not feeling it and I was so wrong. A little tight to sit and enjoy lunch but doable. It’s an open kitchen concept so you can watch them make endless bowls of ramen while sipping your brew. The rainbow sherbet Berliner was refreshing and balanced my potsticker’s dipping sauce. A++ for originality.
