I come to this Jimmy John's nearly twice a month for the greatest lunch and now I'm hooked! More importantly I am in awe of the sweet staff who works here! Jodie is wonderful and all of the guys are incredibly sweet, make you laugh before walking out the door. Very clean place as well. I am a sucker for reviews myself and by golly they deserve a 5 star rating!!✨

My experience at Jimmy John's.
We went in to get two sandwiches from Jimmy John's we ordered Big John's sandwich one with no lettuce and tomato just mayonnaise no cheese. One with letters tomatoes no cheese and mayonnaise my boy opens up that sandwich and you have about 3 in of bread and a 32nd of meat all the way across. The mayonnaise was thicker then the meat was.
I opened up my sandwich and we had about 2 inches of lettuce 3/8 in a tomato in about 32nd of an inch of meet across.
It's pretty bad when the mayonnaise they used to thicker than what the meat is.
Not very happy with them I will never return there again.

Tough review, because I love Jimmy John’s but this location just isn’t good. The employees obviously hate their job. Despite all that, they close at inconsistent times and lock the doors before their designated closing time. I’ll keep eating Jimmy John’s, just not from this location.

I ordered from Jimmy John’s for the first time. I ordered online it was very simple to do that. Mu order was ready when I got there so that was great because I was on my lunch break. I also ordered a large sweet tea. I love a very sweet tea, it is enough to taste the sugar but no too much to overload someone who doesn’t, so it was a very good balance. I ordered the little Pepe with extra lettuce, it seemed like it wasn’t extra lettuce on it to me. The peppers I added to my sandwich has a distinct taste, so good, just enough spice I loved it. The price was $3.99 so a very fair price. I will visit again.

I ordered two subs and the subs were not made correctly after driving home 30 minutes drove all the way back to get a refund and they cannot even give you a refund. This place absolutely needs new management. Do not come to this Jimmy John’s downtown Ocala
