They answered the call and came out when they said they would (next day service!) Just finding a business who will do that these days is a feat in itself. Michael was so nice and although he could have, he didn’t try to get every dime possible out of the visit. I appreciated his honesty. Highly recommend.

Justin showed up and completed the job the same day! I had lost all power to my home during the cold snap last weekend. I was unable to heat my home as well. Within 4 hours Justin restored power, and heat, to my home!! He restored my yard to the way it looked before he dug up the old electric line. He replaced it and upgraded the new line, which will guarantee I will have no problems during the rest of my lifetime. Thanks Justin!

I needed a electric plug and a router wire moved above my kitchen cabinet and 2 exterior motion sensor lights replaced. Roam electric came out early and got it all done in about an hour. Mike was efficient, timely, personable and did an excellent job. He knew what he was doing that was obvious. I'm thankful for his skill and knowledge! I'll hire Roam electric for any electrical work I need done

Update: it’s unfortunate that after posting a review for a bad experience with a single employee (while recognizing that it’s likely not a reflection on their entire business), instead of acknowledging and apologizing for treating a customer badly, Justin and his employees chose to retaliate by posting bad fictitious reviews on my wife’s business which they never experienced - very disappointing - way to take the high road.
Original Review: Thomas (Tommy) from Roam Electric was unknowledgeable in how to diagnose our power issue needing to call back to his boss for guidance. I am an electrical and electronics engineer with 30 years of experience in the field. When making a suggestion to Tommy about how to trace one of our main lines, he turned rude and confrontational to a point that I had to ask him to leave our property. Obviously he has very little regards to how paying customers should be treated. I am sure Roam Electric has good people working for them and I see here good reviews but I would strongly recommend staying away from Tommy.
